To ensure freshness, all my cookies are made to order—which means I don’t bake until you buy.
Let me know what date you want your order to ship out, but be sure to allow me at least 2 business days’ notice (and an additional 2 days for decorated cookies). Your order will ship fresh by UPS or USPS, which takes about 1-3 business days to arrive. I’ll provide you with a tracking number so you’ll know when to expect your order (and when to start drooling with anticipation).
I prefer to ship cookies on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays
This ensures your order arrives fresh instead of languishing at a shipping facility all weekend.
Packaging
I pack my cookies with great care, making every effort to ensure your goodies arrive intact. However, if your order happens to arrive damaged, please do email me with a picture of the shipment and I’ll see what I can do to make things right.
Warm Weather
Since certain cookies don’t hold up well in the heat (chocolate chip, M&M, and anything that can melt), I prefer not to ship these cookies during warm months (typically May through early September, but it depends—WI weather is notoriously unpredictable!) unless you’re willing to take the risk.
Returns
I’m sure you understand that due to the perishable nature of cookies, I cannot accept returns. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please do contact me so I can make it right.
Thank you, and happy cookie munching!
Please note that due to cottage food laws, I’m only able to ship my cookies to Wisconsin addresses, not out of state.
Local pickup
If you live in the Waukesha, WI, area, you don’t even have to worry about shipping! Simply contact me to schedule a free pickup. My home bakery is located not far from The Shoppes at Fox River.
