All orders are subject to availability, and more lead time may be required near holidays.

Local Pickup

Once a customer has scheduled a pickup with an agreed-upon date and time, it is their responsibility to pick up or send someone to pick up their order at the scheduled time. I am not responsible for any order that has not been picked up within the designated time frame.

Additionally, in the case of a no-show pickup, I am unable to offer a refund or free redo of an order, as I’ve already put in the work, time, and ingredients and must be compensated.

In some cases, if the customer communicates in a timely fashion that they will be late for the pickup, I may be able to accommodate by rescheduling up to a day later, with the understanding that their bakery order will not be as fresh as it would have been had they picked it up on time.

Timely communication is a must. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping

I ship within Wisconsin, USA, only, typically by UPS or USPS.

Shipping estimates are based on the shipping service’s estimates, and they are that—estimates.

I take extreme care to individually wrap, cushion, and double-box each order and have not yet encountered a problem with damaged product upon arrival. However, I am not responsible for the condition of the product once it has left my home bakery and is in the care of the shipping service.

No signature receipt is required upon delivery, but it is wise for someone to be available to receive the cookie order so it does not sit out in heat or extreme weather.
